Sincerus Hawk Springs
Acquired in 2009, this 300-acre property was the first project undertaken by Sincerus. The land has remained undeveloped, with the appropriate registrations in place to support future development.
Although we did not proceed with development, the property continues to offer strong potential and is currently available for sale.
Sincerus Park Hill
This 145-acre development in Steinbach, Manitoba has progressed through multiple phases and continues to move forward as part of our long-term growth strategy.
Phases 1 and 2A have been successfully completed. Most recently, Phase 2B was completed in April and includes 13 four-plex lots, 1 additional four-plex lot, 4 duplex lots, and 4 multi-family lots.
Planning is now underway for Phase 2C, which is currently in the conceptual design stage. Preparations are being made for submission to Community Planning for subdivision approval as the project continues to advance.
Sincerus Opportunities Fund
Located just north of Grande Prairie in the County of Grande Prairie, the Clairmont Lands development consists of three quarter sections of commercially and residentially zoned land.
An approved Area Structure Plan is already in place, providing a framework for future development and growth within the area.
The first phase of development, Bridgewater Phase 1, includes a mix of housing options designed to support a diverse and growing community. Planned residential offerings include single-family homes, side-by-side duplexes, triplexes, and multifamily developments.
As planning continues, the project represents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the long-term growth of the region while meeting the evolving housing needs of the community.
